Bianca Fantoni

As a teacher, Bianca is renowned for her meticulous focus on alignment and her ability to craft creative and engaging sequences that inspire and challenge her students. Continuously evolving in her craft, she remains committed to lifelong learning, regularly attending trainings and workshops to deepen her understanding of yoga and its transformative potential. Her latest endeavor includes a 300-hour training with Briohny Smith of Aligned Yoga School, enriching her teaching with fresh insights and techniques.

Bianca's dedication to sharing the gift of yoga extends beyond weekly classes. This year, she launched her own Yoga Teacher Training program, empowering aspiring instructors to embark on their own journey of teaching and self-discovery.

When she's not guiding students on the mat, Bianca embraces her role as a devoted mother to her 8-year-old son and two 4-year-old daughters, whom she homeschools with love and dedication. She finds joy in cooking for her loved ones and taking her children on new adventures.

Grounded in her nurturing spirit and guided by her intuitive Cancer sun sign, Bianca's greatest passions lies in caring for others, both on and off the mat.

Al Dewsnap

Al first started practicing yoga during her time as a very stressed undergrad at UMass Amherst, and was instantly moved and inspired by how much it helped to ground her through a challenging and busy season of life. Soon after, Al took an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training, which formally introduced her to the art of meditation and how the practice translates to situations off the mat. Yoga and mindfulness have since become a cornerstone of her wellbeing, and as her practice deepened, so did her desire to share it with others. Al completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Common Ground Yoga in 2020. As a yoga teacher, she is inspired by creative and powerful, yet nurturing flow sequences that challenge and inspire students to get to know the strong, resilient warrior within and cultivate empowered habits of self-care. She guides students with the intention to coordinate movement with breath, to bring awareness to our inner world, become more in-tune with the body, and to remain grounded and balanced in the face of challenges both on and off the mat.

Off the yoga mat, Al enjoys many other forms of fitness, including running, cycling, hiking, kickboxing, and paddleboarding. She is a bookworm, a baker, and currently a graduate student at Regis College working towards her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling.

Becka Dubovsky

Becka discovered yoga while studying at the University of New Hampshire. It was during that time, when she found a need to create more space in her body and mind to connect deeper with her surroundings and lessen anxiety. After practicing consistently post grad, she fell in love with vinyasa flow and its mindful flowy movement, leaving every class feeling inspired and more in tune with herself. She finds that yoga is a remedy for anxiety and depression, where one can fully let go without any judgements or expectations. Her approach is to offer a comforting, yet challenging pace for students to explore the beauty and complexity that is the self. In her classes, you can expect a smooth tempo and a curated playlist to match the vibe.

Off the mat, Becka enjoys cooking, hiking, going to the beach, hanging out with her Grammy, and snowboarding!

During the pandemic she taught a free online class to coworkers in efforts to create a community through yoga and get people moving in creative ways. Her style draws upon several types of yoga, with a passion for powerful flows. She loves how yoga can be strengthening, but also how it keeps her physically and mentally healthy for everyday life.

The balance and flow learned on her mat continues to be incorporated in her teachings and life. As a long-time yoga practitioner and teacher, Madi focuses on teaching a traditional vinyasa flow.
