Class Descriptions

Barre

A dynamic fusion of ballet-inspired moves, Pilates, and yoga, Barre is designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body. Using a ballet barre, we focus on small, controlled movements that target key muscle groups, improving posture, flexibility, and balance. Expect to work your core, legs, arms, and glutes with low-impact exercises that create long, lean muscles while increasing endurance.

Chakra Flow

Experience a balanced exploration through the body's energy centers in this hatha-style practice suitable for all levels. Each week focuses on a different chakra, moving sequentially through the system. Through mindful movement combined with either breathwork or meditation, we'll create awareness and harmony along the energetic pathway of the spine. Essential oils complement our practice, enhancing the sensory experience during both active poses and stillness. This comprehensive approach offers a grounded, restorative journey through traditional energy centers using classic hatha postures

Elevated Flow

Elevated Flow, a yoga class designed for practitioners ready to deepen their yoga journey. This class builds upon the foundational poses and breath awareness learned in flow, slow flow and restore. It's meant to challenge you to explore more advanced poses and sequences.

You will refine your alignment, enhance your strength and flexibility. Each session is thoughtfully crafted to introduce more complex poses and transitions, encouraging you to expand your practice both physically and spiritually.

It is recommended that you have some yoga experience to attend this class.

Flow

In these classes, tradition and contemporary styles blend seamlessly through creative movement, breath work, strength, and relaxation. Expect a well-rounded experience that leaves you feeling both energized and balanced. Whether you want to challenge yourself or take a more restful approach, you’ll have the flexibility to adjust the pace to suit your mood and needs in the moment. Functional Fitness

This total body fitness class is designed to target major muscle groups in a safe, supportive, and effective way. You’ll raise your heart rate, build strength, and improve endurance through a variety of exercises using light weights, resistance bands, stability balls, and more.

With a focus on low-impact, functional movements, Functional Fitness helps you develop strength and mobility for everyday activities, all while ensuring a fun, motivating, and energizing class environment. Whether you're just starting out or are a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this class is adaptable to any level and always meets you where you are.

Mat Pilates

In this class, we focus on building strength, flexibility, and endurance through a series of controlled movements performed on the mat. Mat Pilates emphasizes core engagement, helping to improve posture, balance, and overall body alignment. Using your own body weight and small props (like resistance bands or a Pilates ring), you’ll work on strengthening your deep abdominal muscles, increasing flexibility, and improving mobility.

Restore

Our Restore Yoga class is designed to provide deep relaxation, stress relief, and healing for both the body and mind. This gentle, restorative practice uses slow, mindful movements, supported poses, and the use of props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks to allow the body to fully release tension and find a state of calm.

Slow Flow

A gentle, mindful flow designed for all levels, this class invites you to move at a slower pace, connecting deeply with your breath as you transition through each pose. Ideal for those returning to yoga or recovering from injury, Slow Flow offers a supportive space to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Each session may include elements of meditation and breathwork to enhance relaxation and focus.
