Our journey of self-discovery begins on the mat. Our classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced, blending breathwork, movement, and mindfulness. Guided by experienced instructors, each session supports your path to whole-body wellness.

Whether you’re building strength, finding peace, or deepening your spiritual practice, our studio offers a welcoming space for growth. With both dynamic and gentle options, there’s something for everyone.

Class Descriptions

Barre

A dynamic fusion of ballet-inspired moves, Pilates, and yoga, Barre is designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body. Using a ballet barre, we focus on small, controlled movements that target key muscle groups, improving posture, flexibility, and balance. Expect to work your core, legs, arms, and glutes with low-impact exercises that create long, lean muscles while increasing endurance.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this class offers modifications to suit all levels, leaving you feeling stronger, more aligned, and energized.

Chakra Flow

Whether you're familiar with the chakra system or new to it, this class offers a grounding and restorative journey for all levels. Together, we’ll focus on balancing and awakening the body's energy centers, bringing awareness to key points along the spine. Through a combination of movement, breathwork, journaling and meditation, we’ll create harmony in both body and mind. Aromatherapy will also enhance the experience, helping to deepen your connection during asana and meditation. Each week we explore a different Chakra, going in order.

Elevated Flow

Elevated Flow, a yoga class designed for practitioners ready to deepen their yoga journey. This class builds upon the foundational poses and breath awareness learned in flow, slow flow and restore. It's meant to challenge you to explore more advanced poses and sequences.

You will refine your alignment, enhance your strength and flexibility. Each session is thoughtfully crafted to introduce more complex poses and transitions, encouraging you to expand your practice both physically and spiritually.

It is recommended that you have some yoga experience to attend, however, modifications are always offered.

Flow

In these classes, tradition and contemporary styles blend seamlessly through creative movement, breath work, strength, and relaxation. Expect a well-rounded experience that leaves you feeling both energized and balanced. Whether you want to challenge yourself or take a more restful approach, you’ll have the flexibility to adjust the pace to suit your mood and needs in the moment. While guided by an experienced instructor in a supportive group setting, you’ll also enjoy a sense of personal connection on your mat. This class is designed to be accessible for all levels of yogis.'

Functional Fitness

This total body fitness class is designed to target major muscle groups in a safe, supportive, and effective way. You’ll raise your heart rate, build strength, and improve endurance through a variety of exercises using light weights, resistance bands, stability balls, and more.

With a focus on low-impact, functional movements, Functional Fitness helps you develop strength and mobility for everyday activities, all while ensuring a fun, motivating, and energizing class environment. Whether you're just starting out or are a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this class is adaptable to any level and always meets you where you are.

Mat Pilates

In this class, we focus on building strength, flexibility, and endurance through a series of controlled movements performed on the mat. Mat Pilates emphasizes core engagement, helping to improve posture, balance, and overall body alignment. Using your own body weight and small props (like resistance bands or a Pilates ring), you’ll work on strengthening your deep abdominal muscles, increasing flexibility, and improving mobility.

Mobility

Take a fresh approach to your yoga and exercise routine by enhancing your mobility.

In this class, we’ll focus on techniques that improve your range of motion through a combination of mobilizing the joints and myofascial release. You'll experience the immediate benefits as we flow through the rest of the session with greater fluidity and connection. The more you integrate this class into your routine, the more you'll notice a difference in how your body feels. Suitable for all levels, this class will leave you feeling more flexible, energized, and aligned.

Restore (w/ Meditation and/or Reiki)

Our Restore Yoga class is designed to provide deep relaxation, stress relief, and healing for both the body and mind. This gentle, restorative practice uses slow, mindful movements, supported poses, and the use of props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks to allow the body to fully release tension and find a state of calm. We have two different opportunities for restoration each week, one with a guided meditation and one with hands-on reiki. Choose one or come to both for a well-rounded, restful week.

Slow Flow

A gentle, mindful flow designed for all levels, this class invites you to move at a slower pace, connecting deeply with your breath as you transition through each pose. Ideal for those returning to yoga or recovering from injury, Slow Flow offers a supportive space to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Each session may include elements of meditation and breathwork to enhance relaxation and focus. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to ease back into your practice, this class is the perfect way to nurture your body and mind.

Yoga Tone-Up

Take your practice and your workouts to the next level with Yoga Tone-Up, a dynamic class designed to build strength, enhance flexibility, and help you achieve more advanced yoga poses. This class blends energizing yoga movements with targeted drills and muscle-sculpting exercises to strengthen key muscle groups, improve balance, and deepen flexibility and mobility. Focused drills will help you build the foundation and confidence needed to unlock challenging poses like arm balances, inversions, deep backbends, and more. Whether you're aiming to refine your technique or reach a new goal, this class provides the tools to help you get there while toning your entire body.
